POSITION OVERVIEW

The Administrative Assistant role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and calendar management. This individual supports the RAC team by scheduling meetings, communicating with team members, updating documents for one or more projects, and handling additional administrative tasks. The work is fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often highly confidential, making professionalism and precision essential qualities for success in this role.


This is a full-time remote role, preferably located in the US.


RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Extensive calendar management for various projects and team members across time zones

•      Communicate schedule changes to all relevant parties in a timely and professional manner

•      Provide operational support in the delivery of large-scale leadership development and consulting projects

•      Monitor emails and update tracking documents on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and currency

•      Coordinate logistics for meetings, interviews, and program activities as directed

•      Provide additional administrative support to RAC team members as needed due to workload or resource fluctuations


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

•      Demonstrated skills in scheduling, organizing, and tracking project details from start to finish

•      Strong familiarity with Google Suite tools- Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive

•      Experience working in a fast-paced, professional business environment

•      Initiative and the ability to work independently as part of a virtual team

•      Proven ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, and multi-task

•      Comfort navigating new tools and technology with minimal ramp-up time

•      Exceptional communication, collaboration, and client focus skills

•      High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•      5+ years of experience providing administrative support for multiple executives in a corporate environment

•      Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a professional services, consulting, or corporate setting preferred

•      Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
