A growing private equity-backed organization is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operational strategy, cross-functional execution, and organizational performance across a multi-site platform. This executive leadership role will work closely with the CEO to help scale operations, improve efficiency, and support continued business growth.

The ideal candidate brings extensive operational leadership experience, a strong background in performance management, and the ability to lead transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy across multiple business units and locations
• Drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years of operations leadership experience
• Previous experience in a COO or senior operational leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance and scaling organizations
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments is a plus
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead organizational transformation initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
