About The Role

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative operations, and ensuring the integrity of our data management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the foundation’s operational efficiency and support our ongoing projects through meticulous data management and administrative support.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work preferred
  • Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with database systems and office software (preferred)
  • Problem-solving and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
  • Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with organizing electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval
  • Identify and correct data entry errors promptly to maintain data integrity
  • Support administrative staff with routine clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed for internal and external use
  • Respond to internal requests for information and record updates efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational information at all times
