How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Owning the Pipeline: You won't just enter data; you'll shepherd orders from the moment a contractor submits them all the way to final delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy and leaving zero room for delays.

  • Being the Voice of Assurance: You’ll confidently guide North American contractors over phone, email, and SMS, providing real-time ETA updates and consulting on product needs so they always feel taken care of and informed.

  • Bridging the Logistics Gap: By partnering seamlessly with Transportation and Procurement teams, you'll tackle shipping costs, coordinate pickups, and preemptively solve delivery hiccups before they become client headaches.

  • Driving Team Momentum: You won’t be working in an isolated silo. By actively engaging in our virtual "online office" (cameras on, friendly banter ready), you’ll fuel a dynamic, fast-paced culture where the whole team wins together.
