This role sits within the Revenue Marketing team, where we translate strategy into pipeline. As Field Marketing & Events Manager, you’ll own how we show up in-market, creating high-impact, targeted programs that drive engagement with priority accounts and convert that engagement into real opportunities.
YOUR ROLE
As Field Marketing & Events Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end field marketing calendar, from small, high-touch executive programs to large-scale industry events. You’ll operate as the connector between marketing and sales in-region, ensuring every program is targeted, intentional, and tied to pipeline outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and Revenue Marketing to identify priority accounts, drive attendance, and ensure strong follow-up. This role requires both creative program design and operational discipline, with a clear focus on measurable impact.

COMPENSATION
The On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $143,000 - $165,000.
The base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000.
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all U.S.-based job postings. Our salary ranges are based on function, level, and geographic location, and are benchmarked for our company size and industry.
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, experience level, skill set, and training. The range shown above reflects the good-faith hiring range for this role at the time of posting, consistent with applicable state and local pay-transparency laws. Pay ranges may be adjusted in the future to reflect market changes.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable pay, or equity, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and other applicable company programs.
