What You Will Be Doing

• Review and assess medical records, billing documentation, and insurance-related workflows
• Evaluate outputs related to ICD-10, CPT coding, claims processing, and clinical documentation
• Apply healthcare operations knowledge to identify accuracy, consistency, and workflow alignment
• Work independently across assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience within healthcare back-office operations
• Deep familiarity with electronic health records, medical billing, and health information workflows
• Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding structures, and insurance claims processes
• Detail-oriented professionals with strong analytical judgment and documentation accuracy
• Comfortable operating in an independent, contract-based environment
