About The Role

We are hiring Healthcare Management Content Specialists to support the development and validation of professional learning content for graduate-level healthcare management programs.

This role is designed for professionals with strong subject matter expertise (SME) in Healthcare Management who can review, validate, and support the creation of learner-focused academic content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate healthcare management learning content
  • Develop practical examples, case studies, and industry-relevant learning activities
  • Support the creation and review of assessments and learner exercises
  • Collaborate with content development and instructional design teams
  • Ensure content aligns with current industry practices and academic standards
  • Participate in content review and validation discussions
  • Contribute insights from professional healthcare management experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional experience in healthcare management, healthcare operations, healthcare administration, or related areas
  • Strong subject matter expertise in healthcare management concepts and practices
  • Experience reviewing, developing, or supporting professional learning content is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or professional training programs
  • Familiarity with learning management systems such as Canvas or similar platforms
  • Experience creating case-based learning materials or industry-focused training content

  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a structured and learner-friendly manner
