Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team for a 6-month contract opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete, full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire top-tier professional talent. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to satisfy their staffing needs while advancing the organization’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.


Position Type: Contract (07/01/2026 – 12/31/2026)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the United States)


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, searching the internet and relevant databases, networking, and qualifying candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Submit and review qualified candidates with hiring managers, provide consistent professional support, and assist in negotiating salaries.
  • Workflow Management: Efficiently handle multiple staffing requests simultaneously while maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Strategic Alignment: Maintain a strong understanding of internal compensation structures and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the hiring process.


Position Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree (BA) preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated clinical, healthcare, or rehabilitation recruiting experience is strictly required.
  • Applicant Tracking System: Prior hands-on experience utilizing iCIMS is highly preferred.
  • Core Skills:
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-service-driven mindset.
  • Excellent sourcing skills utilizing job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
