What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support in screening and interviewing applicants, including notifying existing staff of internal opportunities
- Manage payroll processes by calculating pay and distributing checks
- Administer employee benefit programs, including medical insurance and disability programs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

- Ability to maintain employee files and manage compensation and wage structures
- Experience in benefits administration and interviewing skills
- Must be able to clear a background and drug test
