Job Description

Position: Office Operations & Logistics Manager

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 $60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Oversee office infrastructure including facilities, logistics, and vendor management.
Coordinate setup and maintenance of onsite IT systems, networks, and AV equipment.
Manage vendor relationships including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Handle security systems, access control, and onsite operational protocols.
Enable seamless hybrid collaboration through optimized conference and AV setups.
Manage logistics including deliveries, inventory, and supply chain operations.
Support operational continuity through incident response and preparedness planning.

Requirements

Strong experience in office operations, facilities, or logistics management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical understanding of IT setup, networks, and troubleshooting basics.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple systems.
Experience with vendor management and operational workflows.
Familiarity with security systems and hybrid workplace environments.
Ability to operate independently in a remote setup with occasional onsite coordination.
