Project Overview:

We are seeking healthcare operations professionals to evaluate administrative healthcare prompts, operational workflows, and AI-generated rubrics related to care coordination, compliance, staffing, and healthcare management.


We are seeking experienced operations leaders to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.


Location: U.S.-based experts onlyEngagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary: Consultants will evaluate business-management prompts, operational workflows, and AI-generated rubrics related to organizational leadership, process management, and strategic operations.


Consultant Engagement Terms: This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).


Responsibilities:

  • Review healthcare-management scenarios and operational prompts
  • Evaluate AI-generated rubrics for workflow and compliance accuracy
  • Assess AI outputs for operational decision-making and patient-safety considerations
  • Identify policy gaps, escalation risks, or coordination issues
  • Recommend revisions to evaluation frameworks
  • Draft benchmark responses for healthcare operations scenarios
  • Apply professional judgment to complex administrative situations
  • Follow confidentiality and fictionalization requirements


Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare administration or medical operations management
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows and regulatory standards
  • Strong communication and analytical skills MHA, RN, or related credentials preferred
