The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Remote. Details for the position are as follows:

🚨 Now Hiring: Recruiter - Corporate & Supply Chain Talent Acquisition

Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid - Remote Monday & Friday, Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

Pay Rate: $30-$40/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Starting contract length: 3 months (Available for extensions/conversions)


We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support corporate supply chain, manufacturing plant, and other salaried professional hiring initiatives for a leading consumer products organization. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies, identify top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meeting through offer acceptance
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Recruit for a mix of corporate supply chain and salaried plant/manufacturing positions
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements
  • Present qualified candidates and provide hiring teams with candidate assessments and recommendations
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finish
  • Manage a requisition load of approximately 15-20 openings simultaneously


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
  • Supply Chain recruiting experience required
  • Experience recruiting for corporate and/or manufacturing plant positions
  • Workday experience required (non-negotiable)
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting consumer products, manufacturing, or industrial organizations
  • Experience with Phenom CRM
  • Experience recruiting for salaried operations, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or manufacturing roles
