Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting for a Recruiting Manager on behalf of a global consulting firm specialising in the financial services industry. With a strong international presence, the firm is seeking an experienced talent professional to support its ambitious growth plans and partner closely with senior leadership across the business. This opportunity can be based in New York or remotely across the East Coast, with occasional travel required to New York for stakeholder meetings and team collaboration.

The Role

• Supporting hiring activity within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performing environment
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across key business areas within North America, including candidate experience, interview coordination, agency relationships and offer processes
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to deliver hiring strategies aligned to business growth objectives

The Person

• +7 years of recruitment experience, agency-side preferred, but not an requirement
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities with proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
