Recruiter / Language Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our recruiting team, you’ll play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation
- Source, recruit, and engage both active and passive candidates
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews using effective selection methods
- Utilize innovative sourcing tools and strategies to build strong talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to share insights and hiring decisions
- Support administrative functions, including audits and reporting
- Promote a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally
