Supply Chain Manager

Location: Remote (US)

Reports to: VP of Operations / Supply Chain

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across the US business. This individual will serve as a key operational partner to leadership and manage day-to-day execution across manufacturing, procurement, production planning, supplier management, and co-packer relationships.

This is a highly cross-functional role within a fast-growing beverage company and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain and manufacturing operations
• Oversee relationships with co-packers, suppliers, and production partners
• Coordinate procurement across packaging, ingredients, and finished goods
• Support production planning, inventory management, and operational execution
• Partner closely with commercial and operations teams to support growth initiatives
• Help scale processes and infrastructure as the business expands
• Collaborate with UK-based counterparts to ensure operational alignment across regions

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of supply chain, operations, procurement, or manufacturing experience within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods
• Experience working with co-manufacturers and external suppliers
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in lean, high-growth environments
• ERP and inventory/planning system experience preferred
• Beverage industry experience strongly preferred
